Instead of listing ‘cases’, Infinite Space organizes work into four Apple-style decks: commerce systems, creator & content, market playbooks, and strategic experiments.
From channel to full-stack
Projects focused on cross-border e-commerce and TikTok Shop: pipeline design, offer structure, pricing logic, traffic drivers, conversion levers, and margin control.
Narratives that move people
Work that combines KOL collaboration, content frameworks, and performance targets: from creative brief and script directions, to iteration based on watch-through and conversion data.
China ↔ Overseas bridges
Playbooks designed for brands moving from China to overseas markets (or coming back), covering positioning, pricing corridors, hero products, and channel mix by stage.
